    I came into this Verizon store to switch my business phone lines, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from day one. I switched three lines, and was promised a $30 bundle price per line, which is advertised everywhere. Other then the lines, they pushed high-speed internet boxes on me, telling me they would be only $10/month each. Later, I find out they are actually way MORE for the two extra devices, and I didn’t even need them in the first place. All three phones were paid off and nearly new, and I was supposed to receive $1,000 promo credit per device. Then the first bill arrived… over $600. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager AJ the same person who signed me up. Customer service was terrible. He told me he’d “take care of it” and offered “some credits,” but needed me to pay half of the bill first. I paid, and he promised the next bill would show the corrections. The next bill was even higher. Double the price. I’ve gone back to the store multiple times and nothing has been fixed. All they’ve done is waste my time and put me out of pocket. My business lines were eventually turned off for non-payment, all due to promises they didn’t honor in the first place. It gets worse they messed up my application three different times, which caused my account to get flagged. They told me to cancel my old phone service before they were even ready to port my numbers. So I had to re-activate my old provider, then cancel again, just because of their mistake. To top it off, the new phone I pre-ordered was ordered incorrectly, and ever since then, I’ve had nonstop billing issues. This store has been nothing but headaches, empty promises, and bad business. I would never recommend anyone bring their business here. Verizon needs to review this location, the sales reps, and especially management. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

From start to finish, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They explained every option clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and professional at the same time. I left feeling confident about my purchase and extremely satisfied with the experience. Maggi is an asset to Verizon — thank you for the outstanding service!

    Horrible experience. Bibiana charged me insurance plan without even letting me know. Also charged me set up fee without even asking. Like who doesn't know how to press a few buttons lmao. She was very inconsiderate with my situation and was very upset that I didn't purchase a phone case and screen protector. Spent 3 hours there for a trade in smh
