    I came in recently to upgrade my phone. The first visit was great. Very helpful. I left thinking this would be smooth. The pickup is where everything fell apart. I received a text saying my phone was ready for pickup. I showed up and was told I could not get my phone because the rep who sold it to me was not there. There is a three day pickup window. That should mean I can pick it up when it arrives. Instead I was told to come back when that specific rep is in. Completely unacceptable. Then I was told that even though the trade in made the phone free I still had to pay taxes. I understand that taxes exist. What I do not accept is that this was not mentioned upfront. I was sold on free and then told to pay after the fact. Next came a $40 setup fee. We had already discussed a $40 fee being waived as part of the trade in. Apparently that was the activation fee. This new fee was just for them to set up the phone. I said I would do it myself. I was told I would be charged the $40 anyway. So I get charged for a service even if I do not use it. That is wrong. The final blow arrived today. I opened Google Maps and my timeline data was gone. Years of location history. Tracking my hikes, travels, restaurants, life milestone locations. Data that meant a whole lot more to me than the $1,100 phone that was not actually free. It was not transferred. I put in significant effort to recover it and learned it will not be coming back. Years of memories erased. What started as a great experience turned into a headache. Miscommunication. Hidden fees. Lost data. I am angry. This was absolutely unacceptable.

    I came to exchange a few phones for my daughter and myself and we had the best experience. We were there for a while but Magi made sure all of our data was transferred and nothing was missing. She presented us with all of our different plan options and clearly explained everything. She was very patient with us as we decided what new phones and options we wanted too. Will be coming back to this store for sure and hopefully get to work with Magi to work through anything else we might need. Thank you!

    Waited over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There was only one customer ahead of me. When I finally asked for help, I was told, “I’m busy, it’ll be about an hour.” Poor customer service and lack of basic communication
