The guy that waited on me was somewhat rude.Told me he wasn't tech support. He looked at my phone and briefly told me what he thought I should do , which wasn't effective. Will Never go into that particular store again.

Him and Eddie, the Business Account Manager, promised that I would receive a lump sum credit to my account within 4 months. It is now 7 months later and I still haven't received the full credit that they promised. I went to the store multiple times and AJ had promised to find out the reason and let me know. However, he hasn't responded to my messages and calls. Please make sure to record everything they promised before opening an account with them. They will only make promises to get you to sign up and locked in. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
