I appreciated the quick service by the specialist but was not impressed with management. Is it standard for the manager to come out of the back and not attend to customers who need help? Is it standard for customers have to approach the manager while he’s sitting down to ask for a phone trade-in? Oh. Maybe also avoid talking about the customers right in front of the customers. “You guys didn’t tell me about her, the cameras did.” Impressive service. Yeah idk guys, maybe avoid this one because they might want to use Tony’s trick on you, too.

I was told i’d get an immediate $1000 trade in credit
for each eligible phone i turned in - so we turned in 2 perfect condition iphone 14 pro max’s we were told that we would get $1000 on each line for each device. My boyfriend asked Jacob 3 times if we could pay the rest of the balance immediately (it would’ve been $200 each line) and he told us yes every single time we asked. Now that it’s been a number of months our $1000 trade in credit won’t show up on neither plan and they completely removed the device credit on one of the devices i’ve called customer service over 5 times and each time they swear up and down that they fixed it but it never gets fixed and we tried to pay the $200 device balance but first it doesn’t exist.. and we were told it wouldn’t be $200 it would be $1,200 .. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS JACOB WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE
