A tech examined her in the waiting area and said she would discuss with the Dr. She came back saying the Dr would not see her because she wanted to leave early tonight, this was extremely disheartening to hear. There was nobody else waiting. So maybe more were turned away before we got there? Why have hours until 10 but turn someone away almost 4 hours before closing?

There have been times where we've waiting longer than we probably should have and it can get expensive, but my pets have been taken care of and when the time came to have to put them down, it was done with love and empathy. The dog we have now has been more than a challenge over the 9 years we've had him. The team at Bradshaw has worked with us and Hank, and he loves going to see his girls. I wouldn't change a thing and we will continue to take our 4 legged kids to VCA Bradshaw. 5 stars

Said they would be back in 10 min. 1 hr later I went out and they said there was a medical emergency. Maybe true, but others were walking out with their pets talking with Dr's and saw no emergency. The least they could have done was come in and told us what was going on. Went to front desk and asked to pay my $251, got no answers to my pets issue and left. Worse service I have ever had! Over an hr intertaining myself with nothing concluded. Asked them to at least Email me with some news, but will see if it happens. Use to take my pets there and was very satisfied, but never again will I pay to sit in their chair again. Very unprofessional !!
