The doors are locked and the metal gate is still down. Another customer arrives, still sitting in their car, they call the verizon number as we did twice already, no answer. The customer drives off. Its now 10:15 and we are now driving off. Plan on driving back by to see if an employee showed up for work. The online hrs show that they will be open today from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm today (saturday). Just drove by, it's 11:00 am and Verizon is still not open. Hope whoever suppose to open today is alive & well. A little disappointed.

Im waiting to see if someone would help me to buy a new phone and nope so then I asked the security guard whats going on.. he then tells me that I have to put on the list and id be number 3 . What a joke . Definitely needs to hire more ppl especially during the holidays .
