It was a full weekend of going back and forth to this store to deal with the whole thing. Usually that would have annoyed the hell out of me, however the crew here was very helpful and full of personalities lol. Reading some of the bad reviews here, I can’t help but crack up. People are too quick to be bothered by unfortunate situations. People want instant gratification and for everyone that works in customer service stores to collapse to their knees to serve them. They’re a busy store sometimes and they will get to you when they can. Once they’re helping you out they’re terrific. I love this store and as long as I’m in the area, this is the only Verizon store I will visit. Thanks guys and next time I’m there Crumbl cookie on me.

By the time she was talking to me, I didn’t really trust her and just wanted to leave. She was not helpful at providing me options that fit my needs and just made me feel like an inconvenience. It was all around an awful experience. The gentleman staff seemed very attentive to his guests though and I wish I would have been helped by him.
