I have been back and forth to Verizon Vacaville Verizon customer service and xfinity trying to to switch back to Verizon for 3 weeks with problems in the process of switching back. Finally I came to this Verizon store in Dixon and Steve helped me for 3 hours helping to fix my issues. Superb service Steve! We will be returning customers to this store! Thank you!

A special thanks to John, the sales person here, who did an excellent job helping us buy an iPhone 17 and fixing an issue that the Davis Verizon store created. He was polite, quick, and solved everything within minutes. Our original order was placed at the Verizon store in Davis last Tuesday. The phone was delivered to their store on Thursday afternoon, but nobody bothered to inform us—even though the Verizon app clearly showed the status as delivered. When I called on Friday, the Davis store staff flatly denied the delivery, which made me panic about where my phone had gone. When we went in person on Saturday, the Davis staff admitted the phone was there but refused to give it to us. Their excuse was that the salesperson who placed the order was on vacation, so no one else could help. This was unbelievable—the phone was simply sitting in their locker for three days, but they still denied giving it to us. Their behavior was very bad, rude, and completely unhelpful. Instead of helping a customer, they made the situation worse. Finally, we visited the Verizon store in Dixon, and John resolved the issue right away. No unnecessary excuses, no delays—just excellent customer service. Huge thanks to John and the Dixon team. But the Davis Verizon store really needs to improve their attitude and responsibility toward customers.
