- NTNatalia De La TorreMar 20, 20235.0I went in last week because my mom lost her phone and she wanted her own plan. Jaime the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spoke Spanish as well and assisted my mother with all the details she needed. It’s very rare to get great customer service now a days but they exceeded our expectations. We definitely let Elizabeth her manger know she did a wonderful job & needs recognition. Both ladies were wonderful & helpful. Thanks ladies.
