The Verizon store in Davis is one of the worst stores I have ever dealt with. The staff are careless, unprofessional, and not at all interested in helping customers. Their behavior was rude, and instead of solving problems, they created more confusion and stress.
I ordered an iPhone 17 on Tuesday, and the phone was delivered to their store by Thursday afternoon. However, nobody informed me—even though the Verizon app showed the order status as delivered.
When I called the store on Friday to ask about it, the staff denied that the phone had arrived, which created unnecessary panic and confusion. Then, when I visited the store in person on Saturday, they admitted the phone was actually there but still refused to give it to me. Their excuse was that the salesperson who placed the order was on vacation, so no one else could help. This made no sense—the phone was simply sitting in their locker for three days, and yet they would not hand it over.
The behavior of the staff was very bad. Instead of helping the customer, they were rude and uncooperative. They clearly showed no interest in solving the problem and made the whole process very frustrating.
In the end, I had to go to the Verizon store in Dixon, where the issue was solved within minutes. This shows that the Davis store staff could have helped me but chose not to.
I will never recommend the Verizon Davis store to anyone. They need serious improvement in customer service and professionalism.

Please don’t come here! Save your time and go somewhere else! I peered a phone from Victra. The phone came to the store 2 days later. Victoria did not tell me the phone arrived. Now I’m worried that it was stolen by my neighbor or someone else. Then I called the store the day after it came in and the employees all said it never came in and it’s not there yet. I go to the physical store later and they confirmed that the phone has been sitting I. The safe for the past 2 days. BUT they still can’t give me the phone bc the employee who ordered the phone is gone on vacation for a week and they can’t access his account to set me up while he’s away on vacay. AITA? Is this a story that you want to experience! Don’t come here. Go to the Dixon Verizon store!! Go anywhere. The 9th Circle is prolly better than this Victra store. Don’t come here. Last time I will say this. The letter of recommendation is F!

Skip this store. The staff here were kind, but they came across as unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. They were somewhat dismissive and also lacked a firm understanding of devices and services, which made the visit frustrating. Additionally, the pricing I was quoted was significantly higher than at other Verizon locations or online. I suspect that my complaints stem from this being a Victra retailer store rather than an actual corporate Verizon store. The shop itself is kinda small, with outdated fixtures, and overall doesn’t feel up to the standards you'd expect while being asked to shell out thousands. I recommend visiting a corporate store for better service and more reasonable pricing.
