I truly hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.

Some dude was screaming at one of the workers because they came in during peak hours, some noob that worked there gave a 30 minutes estimated wait time and couldn’t have been more wrong, so this dude unloads that anger on another worker. Ends up walking out not getting help. But I made the comment that they probably not getting 5 stars which helps break the ice. Was helped by a lovely gentleman who assisted me with my exchanging my trade in and I got to watch this smoke show of a mom(?) with her kid(?) through the whole experience. Best Verizon experience ever and my favorite location… but I gotta give 3 stars because you forced me to sign a new contract and you took my Apple Music from me so you are part of a corporation that, frankly, sucks from a consumer standpoint
