He took the time to explain all my options, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. I highly recommend coming to this location and requesting Adrian. My only feedback is for the store to get more employees on the floor because there was 3 people waiting by the time I left.

They don’t sell that Pure Gear glass protector” I again explained what it was, who I got it from (Verizon phone insurance provider) and what I was instructed to do. “No, they don’t sell this one so they really can’t help me” What the heck??? Never go there. Try the Verizon store on Brookhurst in Costa Mesa they are super and so helpful.

He kept going to front to help entering customers but didn't move the line himself.. he could have avoided the wait time by just checking my account if 30 days passed.. seems like not fit for management. Nov 3 2025 3-4 pm .. I told them let's call Verizon figure this out they said they can't call Verizon. Silly thing another customer was on the phone with a employee so I'm like these people are crazy or lazy. You need to see reviews people are waiting long wait times.. you can tell by when they check in and get helped it's ridiculous and he needs to verify things if like the customer passed the 30 days so the customer doesn't waste their time.. called customer service.. I expect better from a Verizon
