    This is long overdue review. While searching for counter top we found this place. From the moment we called to make appointment till final installation everything went really smooth and great. They were able to deliver way ahead of most contractors we spoke with and beat the price significantly. The installation team went above and beyond and made sure we are happy with everything. Cant thank them enough.

    Pacific Stone far exceeded my expectations. I never realized how hard it would be to pick out stone for my kitchen! Faby and Burt were there to answer all my questions. They even came to the stone shop to see if the stone I had picked out would work in my kitchen. The installation was seam less and on time. I would highly recommend Pacific Stone to all my family, friends and clients!

    First I will say that the counter top looks great!!!!!!! The issue is not with the product...... It is with the timeliness. But, DO NOT trust that they will show up on time. Was told I was the first install between 9am and 11am...... Confirmed with them that I was first install. When I called at 10:45am to get a "are you going to show up today" they let me know that "installers were still in the shop and they were 30 min out". They finally showed up at 11:15. I did not leave as in the contract it states " $250 Rescheduling fee will occur if Pacific Stone does receive notification no less than 24 hours before install" No Phone call from them about the delay as I certainly had other things on my day planned. Their comments were "stuff happens"...... That is why there are cell phones to call someone that Stuff has happened and we need to cancel , change or at least let the paying customer that your time is as valuable as their time.
