I did an upgrade with them and nothing was process correctly and end up paying a higher bill. skip them and call Verizon customer support for a better transaction PLUS you will save money by not paying them 39$ fees each phone. Lesson learned never to deal with retailer anymore. All they care is purchasing from them.
