    AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I would give it zero stars if possible. I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location. Sam (Samuel Bibb) was completely unhelpful and made no effort to actually resolve my issue. He claimed I couldn’t get my Apple Watch exchange because there was “no financing” available on my account (keep in mind I had already gotten approved for a watch, I was just there to exchange it), which turned out to be false. The other Verizon store I went to helped me with no hassle. It was clear Samuel did not want to help a customer, so instead he spends an hour on the phone cancelling my watch line. To make matters worse, both Sam and Melissa were unprofessional throughout the entire interaction, smiling and giggling while I tried to explain and object to what they were saying. It felt very disrespectful and lazy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Go to any other Verizon store if you actually want competent, professional service.
