Whoever manages this store should be fired & second thought should be put into who you guys hire! Don’t waste your time coming into this store unless you wanna be standing around the store for 30mins watching the workers sitting down & hehe haha-ing with each other not even bother to greet you or ask if you need help. Took my business elsewhere. Thanks for the favor!

As competitive as you guys are with service , there should be a little more “doing” rather than talking amongst each other and pretend as if you give a damn about helping costumers , yes a women fainted outside your building and was one of YOUR customer because of poor lack of human kindness and the audacity to chit chat about what happened to her meanwhile you have others wait in your store some on phones and some walking like their heads chopped off acting like they’re working when everyone else in that damn building kept gossiping about the lady that fainted outside your store. Also if comments aren’t shared in a language not everyone speaks but you don’t like the response it’s best you keep your opinions to yourself instead of telling your coworker about it, it’s not professional nor does it help anyone that could have been helped at that moment. There needs to be a supervisor that can lead and observe day in and day out. I was not pleased at all , there needs to be more training involved, definitely lack of leadership in everyone in that store, and asking around person to person but ignore the ones that actually needed help right in front of you was the worst, triggering and unacceptable experience . Please do better, less talk and more work. Stop being followers and start leading. Don’t be one of the corporates that sees a bad review and start changing up for one day and continue to not be human beings. “Do better”.. no apologies can undo what’s already done.

Chatting with their co-workers about sports or whatever. It couldn’t hurt them to ask if you needed anything or explain why they are just standing there instead of helping.
