I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years, and it really feels like they’ve gone downhill. Oh well, I’m switching to T-Mobile. Bye Bye Verizon 👋

I took my new replacement phone into the shop today after spending a half day yesterday trying to transfer the contents of my old phone manually, by myself, to no avail. I was feeling confused and frustrated as to why my phone's contents weren't transferring. Today, I took the problem to Gary, who managed to solve the problem and had a very welcoming, patient and informative presence. It was a tricky process, considering half my screen's display was bright white from damage, I (for some reason) learned I had 3 iCloud accounts, and iOS 26.1 delivered a lot of unforeseen obstacles, but Gary was able to troubleshoot it all with his expertise and patient professionalism. I am glad to have my phone back and thankful for the help from Gary!

I waited for 5 minutes…and tried to ask someone, who told me the manager is coming. Then another 5 minutes…a woman came and did check in, told me there was only one before me, she’d right be with me soon. Then another guy walked in, 2 staff including the woman checked me in helped him…….wait and wait….nothing happened. Really bad experience, finally I waited for nothing and I walked out of the shop. I’ll never use Verizon.
