Came in with my daughter to upgrade her phone,Verizon employee had zero personality to work at a corporate store, went home to set up phones and the new phone kept freezing so we took it back and talked to her only to treat us like we were stupid, we called corporate and he helped us with issue, CJ from customer service was absolutely world class customer service .

I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service. Not only they did lack knowledge about their products, but they also provided misleading information. I purchased a home router that was supposed to have a speed of up to 400 mbs, but it performed significantly below that like 90 mbs. Returning the device was also a hassle, taking up another hour of my time.

I visited the Verizon store on August 18 to exchange my old phone for an iPhone 16 upgrade. From the moment I walked in, Karley Kirk greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated issue caused by a call center representative who had mishandled my daughter’s upgrade.
Karley spent nearly her entire afternoon shift assisting me—advocating on my behalf, taking over the call with the representative, and ensuring the problem was fully resolved. I’m fairly certain she even skipped her lunch to stay by my side and see things through.
Her professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge were evident throughout the process. She never hesitated to go the extra mile, and her dedication made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.
I’m incredibly grateful for Karley’s support. She exemplifies Verizon’s mission and values, and I sincerely hope she is recognized as the outstanding employee she truly is. Thank you, Karley!

Even though there were many people in store, I was still helped right away. They could answer every question and made getting a new phone easy and quick!

Verizon should consider getting some quality people working at the store. I came in to discuss an issue with my bill because the call center could not assist and kept messing it up. I was told they could not help me with anything, did not care if my service would be disconnected, and criticized me for coming in on a Sunday.
Two of the store employees decided it would be funny to talk about me and laugh at me on my way out the door, high fiving each other for "how well" they handled the situation... A little note for the employees working at the store today, telling someone to have a great day three times in a row, after clearing not attempting to help the customer, is not considered customer service, especially in the tone it was said. Hopefully Verizon can get y'all some decent training.
