- SRSerious realDec 9, 20255.0I took my dogs for a checkup and the team was very nice and supportive and if you have an excited animal you can call and check in from the car and they will come out to meet and great you and your pet for comfort and support with pet if needed they also have a nice lil goodie bag for your pet after the visit I will go again

The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Dr. Izaguirre and his nurse were knowledgeable, patient and caring. Their listening skills were impressive. I was not persuaded or pressured to buy products and services I did not agree to have. I will definitely use their services in the future.

My dog gets really anxious when at the vet, and they are patient. They always let you know ahead of time what something will cost before you get it done. They are transparent with cost and I never feel like they’re taking advantage or trying to get money. You can tell they really care. I’ve been going here for years and have never had any issues.

Other vets have visits for less than 100 and rabies shots for 20 or less. Crazy $$. The service here is great and that's why I love it, but I going to have to change vets because of the cost.
- CPCynthia PadillaJul 25, 20252.0It’s bittersweet to leave such a review. I had been with this hospital since 2008 when I got my dog Lilu. I absolutely love the doctors and the care until the past two years or so. My Lilu passed away in 2021 and I got another dog Lulu in 2021 and then another in 2023 Louie. Since then it has always been something. At times waiting in the lobby for over an hour with no one letting me know the hold up, to waiting on the phone for 30+ mins to talk to someone. The front desk is just not what it used to be. I also haven’t been given all the information when getting expensive exams done and when there was a lapse in medication, they told me I needed a new one. Even though there were several messages from me to the staff regarding this and was told it would be resolved. At the end you lost a 15+ years client. If you can put up with the front staff, i do have to say the vets are amazing and the vet techs as well.
