- FNFrank NielsenAug 14, 20251.0I used Francisco to resurface my barbecue top. He talked me into a product and use the wrong color. I asked him to come out and redo it in the color I chose he did and it was subpar. The top cracked so much that it was falling apart, rendering it unusable I asked Francisco to come out and look at it and repair it. He kept blowing me off, then finally I asked for a partial Refund as I thought that was fair. He agreed via text still waiting on a refund. It’s been a three months now. I would seriously consider his ethics before using him.
