I asked thousands of questions based on my plan, needs, and wants for my next phone & he answered through it all efficiently and knowledgeably! He worked with me to make sure I can receive the new phone (whether checking different stores or ordering for it, he had a solution for me!) It took about a week because I waited longer to get the phone deal, but Morgan kept me up to date and was patient and kind the entire time!!! Thank you so much Morgan for providing exceptional customer service and care for me - this is why I love Verizon & will stay. #diplomat! #leader! The SIM cards stop working and sometimes turn on again, the internet is super weak, and the so-called “free phone” is just a trick. They said free phone with every plan, but actually you only get it with the most expensive plan. On top of that, I’m paying $90 every month for a simple iPhone 14. If this is not a scam, then what is it? It’s been a year and a half already, and I still have another year and a half left. I swear 1000% I will leave this fake company as soon as my contract ends. Don’t waste your money and your time here!
