- JCJulie Case4 days ago5.0The entire staff at the hospital is fantastic, but Taylor stands out as a truly wonderful and caring vet tech who goes above and beyond. When I see that she is there the day of my fur babies appointments I instantly light up! She’s incredibly kind and thoughtful and Steve and Sam love her!! She deserves all the praise in the world. Thank you for making such a difference in our lives.

I have been taking my dog here for nearly a decade and despite Dr Davidson being an excellent vet, I can no longer be a patron due to the extremely rude and poor service by the front desk staff, specifically Rochelle. I escalated to the manager, Aubrey, who was kind enough to listen and apologize, but frankly I don’t think that feedback is going anywhere. It is evident by the over 8 reviews specifically naming Rochelle and yet she is still treating customers like this. The earliest one I could find was 4 years ago, so clearly the owner and management staff find it acceptable to treat customers poorly and do not hold her accountable for her actions in a significant way. Families care deeply about the decisions they make when treating pets with care and it’s an intentional investment we make. Aviara will continue to bleed customers when they find it acceptable practices to keep employees because from what I am told, “their love of animals.” Love for animals does not equate to competency. There are plenty of other animal hospitals that are equipped to do BOTH love and care, and treat customers with respect. That is where I will investing in going forward so long as this vet office continues to choose rude, poor practices over its customers.

Rude, incompetent, over-priced, and just in it for your $$. We will never step foot in this place again and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We ended up going to Papyaya instead and love them!
