During my recent interaction, Valencia had provided outstanding support despite a situation involving a rude manager asking her to move me from their larger desks “to be out of the way” even though the manager was standing there with other employees just talking not that long before and had other employees with guests at the same desk. Not sure how I was “in the way” while being assisted. Manager name is Hunter. He was quite abrupt and rude to her in particular and made me uncomfortable with his behavior because he didn’t act like that towards other employees. The employee handled the situation with remarkable grace and she continued to offer excellent service, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction even under pressure. Her ability to remain composed, patient and helpful truly made a difference in my experience. I believe this individual exemplifies the high standards of customer service that Verizon aims to provide. These employees are under a lot of pressure and I can tell. Please understand that and they’re only doing the best they can at all times. Definitely recommend this store!
