horrible customer service, went in to start a new plan.
1. was not even acknowledged took almost 20-25min to get helped even though there was an employe that was free
2. showed up an hour before closing & had to call the verizon dept to clear something so by 6:40ish i told the person helping me that all she had to do was “refresh” my application to get cleared & she rudely said “We can’t get that done today, I already told you” even the verizon worker on the phone was surprised by her tone & what she told me.

Yesterday’s in person experience with MARIA was stellar! She got me set up with an excellent new plan, helped me select the perfect new phone and iPad, did the contents transfer from both my existing devices and explained some WiFi info I wasn’t clear on.
Plus, she made an extra effort to get me even more discounts!
After about 2 hours in there was some technical internal issues while were trying to complete another transaction and Here Is Where Maria was amazing! She spent another hour trying to troubleshoot it. About 1/2 in we discovered that part of the issue was me having duplicate passwords. That really fouled things up. For this other problem she worked with JESSICA who also reached out to another supervisor to try to figure out the issue. It turned out to complete this other transaction we were trying to do the Verizon system needs time to process the previous transactions. That made sense.
I always get great service from Verizon. This experience was by far my Best Ever!

Joanna went above and beyond to help me transfer my 3 lines from TMobile to Verizon. T-Mobile made her jump through all kinds of hoops. Joanna was kind and patient. She tried many things to make it work. I am so happy to be a Verizon customer thanks to Joanna.
