- BCBonnie CAug 7, 20255.0I'm a little late in posting about my recent experience w this VZ location. I lost my phone & went here to buy a replacement. Celi helped me, talked through my options, answerd my questions and did a seamless transfer of my data. A while after I got home I noticed one of my apps didn't show up, it was notes and I had a lot of info in that app. First I called vz customer service & multiple calls and at least a couple hours later & still no success finding my old app. They recommend I go into a store. I did & was happy to see Celi would be helping me again. If I can tell you how hard she worked to find me my info. Finally she was able to find it but we needed another Samsung (I had purchased a new Pixel - which I love,) to be compatible w the old app. Luckily I had an older phone at home so I got it and went back to the store. Celi was able to retrieve the app w a lot of my data in it, but not all, but that was my bad because it hasn't been backed up to the cloud properly. I just want to give a big shout out to Celi and her expertise and diligence in getting as much of my info as was humanly possible. Super awesome of her!
