To make matters worse, the manager was present but offered no assistance in answering my questions. The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency regarding fees. I was initially told that I only needed to pay the taxes on the day of the upgrade. However, at the end of the transaction, I was blindsided with a 'setup fee.' This was never mentioned upfront, and despite setting up the phone myself at home, I was told I had to pay it simply because I ordered the phone in the store. Overall, the combination of the long wait time, the salesperson's lack of knowledge, the manager's indifference, and the hidden fee left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. I hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously and improves it’s staff and management.
