I walked in to purchase an ITSKINS MOTO RAZR 2025 case that the Verizon website showed as “in stock” at this location. When I asked an employee to help me find it, they just pointed toward the shelves instead of checking the inventory or explaining why the item showed as available online but wasn’t on display. Even if that specific case wasn’t in stock, the website also showed other Razr cases available—yet none were on the shelves. The lack of effort and communication was disappointing, and experiences like this are exactly why I choose T-Mobile over Verizon. Timeframe: Mon, Nov 17 @ 4:00pm

Came in to replace a phone. This store conned me into a new plan claiming I would pay less. My bill ended up being 120 dollars more. Now I am with customer service listening to them read a script and not helping me in the slightest. They are even saying removing the 2 additional phone lines I dont use and have never used will raise my bill. By the way the lines have been costing me 50 bucks a month. Shame on you Verizon. This customer will be moving to T mobile.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is a long story but you must know the details to understand. So I purchased a 5g gateway wife box with Verizon and it also came with a promotion deal where you get a 200$ Amazon gift card the first month then in second month you get a jbl party box for free. So I I’m on the second month already and I received and email to redeem the jbl party box on 9/2/25 it gave me the option to pick up or deliver. I pick the delivery option because it said it would be delivered in 2 days. Next day comes and I check the tracking, it says delivery day November 10th. Im like no way this can’t be. So I called customer service on 9/3/25 (note I was basically on hold the whole time and on the phone for an hour and a half) they told me that the Verizon store in Brentwood Ca 6041 Lone Tree Way has the jbl speakers in stock and I can go in store and retrieve my box. I head there and work automatically comes to me wanting to sell me some snake oil but I cut to the chase and tell them about my situation. He automatically starts giving me the run around and sounds like he doesn’t want to help me. So I tell him I’m not leaving till we fix this. So then again the sales worker and I call Verizon customer service ( on the line for an hour and a half) they tell us to receive the jbl party box early I must purchase another 5g WiFi box and I will receive an email in about 1-3 days to pick it up in store. So I end up purchasing another 5g box. So I wait 2 days still haven’t received an email. I call customer service again on 9/5/25 ( on the phone for almost two hours and on hold half the time) they then tell me I must activate the box and then I’ll receive an email for the jbl party box in an hour if not I must wait a day. So then again I’m stuck waiting checking my emails. I then call them back on 9/8/25 I’m very annoyed and frustrated due to all these promises and false hope Verizon has given me. So I call them and explained my story ( they have everything on file and on my account) they tell me that I can go to the store and receive my speaker and gave me a promo code. At this point I’m so happy and drove Straight to the Verizon store in Brentwood. I get there and I’m automatically helped by the store manager Luis I explain to him my whole story on how I already came in and how I’ve been on the customer service lines and such. I gave him the prom code the customer service line gave to me and he says it’s not valid. I then told him that that’s the number they gave to me and I just got off the phone with them. He starts telling me this BS about there’s nothing he can do. I tell him I’ll wait let’s talk to customer service together. After telling him this he looks upset and storms off to the back somewhere not telling me anything. So I’m in the showroom for 15-20 min standing around. He then come out with a work phone and hands it to me saying they wanna talk to you. So then again I’m on the phone with customer service. I explain to them they said to come in and pick up my speaker. They keep me on hold for 20 min. They then say I’m able to receive it. So I hand the phone to the manager Luis and he literally walks out the store with a mad face and talks to them separately. He comes in and hands me the phone. He then says to me ( I don’t have time for this I’m the manager and I have a store to run) then after handing me the phone he goes to a table behind me watching a football game on an iPad. The store manager Luis is a joke. After getting my hopes up again customer service basically tells me I can’t pick it up in the store and I have to wait till November 10th. They offer me a compensation for all this then the store manager Luis tell me ( yeah man you need to wrap this up we’re closing right now) mind you there’s customers still in the store and they were arguing to them as well. So they offer me 25$ off my next bill. Then I basically got kicked out. This story is a long one but I don’t understand why they lied and gave me false hope. This is no way to treat a customer and will keep up with updates.
