the absolute worst customer service sorry i bothered you today! I went into the store because I have been dealing with customer service for six months (same problem every month) over the phone in India or the Philippines or wherever and I really needed someone to speak English to. Hours and hours on the phone. I decided to go into the store to get help they were not any better can They do nothing without the manager there? Canceling my Verizon contract

My husband made an appointment at the Brea Verizon store for 1 pm. He tried multiple times to login to the kiosk, but the system did not recognize his email. There was no confirmation number in the email he received, so he could not log in with that either. He tied to ask for assistance, but no one at the store would help him. His only alternative was to stand at the end of a VERY long line with those who had not scheduled appointments. Terrible service! Would not recommend.

This place is ridiculous. The first time, they said it's an hour wait. You can make an appointment if you don't want to wait. I made an appointment. Got there checked in 10 minutes before my 4PM appointment. At 4:05PM, a guy came out and said oh we are backed up today you'll have to wait 30-45 minutes. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT??? DON'T USE VERIZON UNLESS YOU LIKE THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
