- WLWES LEWISDec 5, 20251.0the people there changed my account and said my payment monthly would be $155 2 phones 1 internet 1 paid for the wy fi equipment in full what a lie how about $351 and they never set my account back up on auto pay had a $700 first payment due to late charge. i will never go back there and tell every one watch your back when doing business with these ladies they will stick it to you i went back a day or 2 after getting the hi bill there was a young lady and young man there she could do nothing called some one on the phone ans said the manager will be call you around 2 pm well just what yep no phone call. i did call verizon and complained also got one line taken off the 6 line only needed 5. then i dropped 2 more lines told them i am not happy and will start looking for another cell company. after 11 years with verizon have never had so much incompancy to deal with

She set me up for 2 phones lines incorrectly. So I had to add an additional $100 modem to my order doubling the bill she said I would get. Plus they lied and said I would get a $300 credit in 1 month now that's 3-4 months. Don't go into this store the employees don't know what they are doing and they are lying to scam us
