    Went into store on Saturday, Sept 20 2025 and throughly enjoyed my experience. David was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to upgrade my phone. Based on the body language of others in the store I was not the only one that was satisfied with their experience.

    There's seems to be some serious malpractice/ fraud going on at this specific branch. Ever since I moved here in 2022, I've been having issues with this location. Last year, my phone was void due to it being an older Samsung Note 8. Verizon said I'm forced to upgrade my phone, so they provided me with a promo to trade in and upgrade. I traded in my old phone, the shipment got lost, and they charged me a wrongful promotional chargeback on the phone. It took me 4 months to get my money back when they realized they were mismanaging their shipments. Fast forward to last week. My phone has e-sim errors. 5 hours of in-person service got me nowhere. They recommended I get a new phone. We initiate a claim, I get my new phone, and I ship back this defective one. I'm getting emails stating that they haven't received the phone AGAIN. I'm using the shipping labels they are providing, the tracking shows it's delivered, but Verizon is still not able to find my phone. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, with a business account of over 3 years. In my 10 years as a Verizon customer, I've never had issues like I do here. I'm convinced the staff here are up to some type of scam on promotional/ item chargebacks. I will be complaints with the state AG and FTC to start with.

    Customer service is terrible. Daniel who I guess is the manager is rude and needs to take a class on customer service. I went to upgrade my phone only to find out my son is on a higher tier plan than I was on which was baffling to me because I own and pay for all phones on the acct. They also have a phone number that I’ve never had they try to use to authenticate my acct. So when I asked Daniel how this happened, since I setup service in that same store, he just says I didn’t do it so I don’t know. I am now frustrated and Daniel refuses to help me because I’m frustrated with their customer service. I’ve never missed a payment, matter of fact I’m on autopay. As a consumer I expect answers when things are wrong for the services I pay for.
