Mitchell literally had me there for two hours I waited for hour so there for three hours . He kept running applications and the 4th time he ran it fraud put it on hold of course ! And they informed me that too many applications were ran and they needed me to send documents that I didn't bring with me such as business license which was hanging on the wall at work! That was not the point the point is I walked In there knowing what I wanted and he wasted my time and kept running applications for no reason. First application he ran for 6 lines Second application he ran because first one timed out because he kept trying to get me to bring more lines on board Third application he ran for two lines and then his business rep came to try to get me to add more lines Mitchell said I'm going to get u the quote for all the lines you have with T-Mobile keep in mind this application timed out Fourth time he did app again and went on fraud hold he called fraud dept they wanted to speak to me and they told me that there were four apps ran which is a red flag! I should have known I was working with a trainee (he said he was there for a year) I told him I get 25% off on accessories because they told me this and I signed a major account agreement he said oh I don't think so when it literally stated it in the agreement that was emailed to me!
