I had to take my cat to them in the middle of the night, and the care and attentiveness they show toward both the animals and the people is top-notch. Office Manager Shelby along with Brook always help with any special issues we may be having and that's really appreciated. But, what I'd like to mention is that our dogs really like a Vet Assistant, Raschel Antunez. When she comes into the room she reduces the stress level, takes them back for their shots, weight, and whatever else is needed before seeing Dr. Betts and they happily go with her tails a wagging. Raschel is professional and really good with our dogs and makes the whole visit enjoyable. Thanks very much, we'll be back! Karen and Jim Wood
