I went to this store to try to resolve it and they said I have to “find someone to let me use their phone to call Verizon and talk with them” both employees said I was SOL and just needed to pay the extra fee. Had to drive all the way to Turlock and the store there kindly helped me and restored my service immediately. Don’t bother going here all they want is your money.
