My experience with him was absolutely amazing! I was irrate after dealing with the Victorville location and he absolutely made up for it with his great customer service. I was so mad, I was about to cancel service with Verizon and switch to T- Mobile. Thank you to Gabriel for changing my experience and keeping us loyal Verizon customers.
