WoW Thank You KAT!! I had spent literally 5-6 hours trying to purchase a watch and tablet. I kept getting the runaround with the phone agents. Had to do 3 fraud screens, back and forth they could not even give me the correct information on how to remedy the issue, granted I passed them all. I would ask the agents after this check do I have to do anything else and they would inform me no. Just wait for it to process through, 3 tries and right after each call, i would get an email that the order was on hold. I had called customer service to do the online order, so I was hands off with filling in my personal info. Fraud dept kept saying my submitted information was insufficient…
KAT as soon as as I came in I was very relieved with your energy, your professionalism and just your attitude and how you were willing to help me out with my situation. I’m sitting right here right now and we are going through the process for the fraud department I’m still very thankful that you are going out of your way above and beyond what I was expecting so thank you.
