We received fantastic service from Gian. My dad was able to get a new phone & we left with no confusion. Gian had also told us about a loyalty offer my dad had & we came back a couple days later with my mom & sister. Gian helped us upgrade their phones & plans all while again explaining all the new details & billing. Overall it was a great service & appreciate all the help Gian provided.
