Did not give any details about phone, did not suggest any plan which I can have or what I am looking. Did not tell us there is 250 GC deal going on. Did not ask for trade in any phone. Even I ask for what is in the plan he just said this is the money if you want this phone and this is the provider. Did not suggest any other provider or Did not even check. Overall very bad experience.
