If they were busy they still tried to fit me in while they were waiting on other things. A big shout out to Eddie and Jerry for taking the time out and making sure I got the best service even though they were helping more than one customer at a time!

My husband went in for just a new phone and the sales person told him that with the new phone he got a glass screen protector, a new tablet and unlimited data. This bothered my husband all weekend so he called Verizon this morning only to find out this was not true. He made a trip back to the store this morning and returned the tablet and was charged an additional restocking fee. Just be very careful.
