    The manager of this store lied about the delivery time on my phone and had me sign documents under a false precedence. I requested to place a down payment in store, instead of directly informing me that it was not possible before pushing the sale. She decided to hide the fact that it wasn't possible until I had already signed. Telling me it was ok, because I could just "call and pay more anytime". While that may be true, being misled to believe my initial request was able to be fulfilled is something I find extremely unethical. I contacted the business in post to get help in locating my currently lost phone, to be told "no, we cannot help you". With no further information on how I can locate my phone, who's delivering it, who I can call or where I can find the tracking information. The manager in response yelled at me, refused to let me speak, having an emotional melt down over the phone.

    Went here to buy a phone. While on a phone call a young man says what do you need. I explain I was there to buy a new phone and asked about a price on the newer model of the same phone I had. He asked if it was a new account.

    Leslie helped us today and provided exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She explained all our options clearly. The store was tidy and well kept (we noticed very recently mopped floors upon entering). Top notch service!
