  TJ at Verizon was absolutely incredible to work with. He took the time to go through my entire account, helped me save money on my monthly bill, and made the process of upgrading to new phones, watches, and tablets so easy. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure I was getting the best possible deals. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and honestly so relieved. If you need someone who truly looks out for you and goes above and beyond, ask for TJ. Highly recommend!

  Salesman Kenny was aggressive, rude and lied to me by telling me the phone I was looking for was not in stock anywhere in town. After leaving his store I found one 3 miles away, and 10+ other stores did have it in stock. It created a huge problem for me since I had to call Verizon corporate and cancel the order which took 1.5hours on hold after he ordered it without giving me a price. Details: Nov 3rd 2025: I came in knowing exactly the phone I wanted (S25 ultra 512gb) with no color preference. He said they didn't have them in stock and would have to order. I asked him if there were any other Verizon stores that had it in stock as I needed it ASAP for work. He said no, nobody in the city had it in stock. I asked him again, you're absolutely sure nobody has these? And he told me yes, nobody in the entire city has them but he can order it. I said okay I guess if that's the only option? Without giving me any price, or options on price he clicked a bunch of things on his iPad quickly and said "okay it's ordered. It'll be here in 2-3 days. Don't be like this other customer not answering their phone. Pick up when I call you". I was so thrown off since he didn't give me ANY price or monthly payment quote. I didn't sign anything. I asked him how much it was going to cost me, and what options I have in my plan for an upgraded and he just flatly said "We will discuss the price when it gets here". When I left I logged into Verizon and found the phone in stock at nearly every Verizon store instead of his. When I went to the next store I learned I had to cancel the order with Verizon corporate and spent 1.5 hours on hold and talking to various customer service people to just cancel that order so I could make an in store purchase. I did end up with a new phone that day but took me about 3 hours just to get a phone when it should have only taken 20 minutes.

  Ray is a Rockstar !!! He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not pressure us on sales. He took his time, answered our questions, and is VERY friendly. Highly recommended !!!

  This was the fastest and smoothest upgrade I’ve ever had at Verizon. Paege was professional, polite, and incredibly patient — he really listened to what I needed and explained everything clearly. Even with a quick IT call, he kept things moving so I could walk out with my new iPhone 17 Pro Max in under an hour. I genuinely appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the experience. Let me give this man a raise and a promotion

  I am not surprised to see Patrick's name sprinkled amongst this store's 5-star reviews. He assisted me with obtaining a new phone after mine was lost during a car accident and his service was top-notch. He went out of his way to ensure I received the best deal on the phone and assisted me with garnering the most cost-friendly accessories I needed. This Verizon store has my patronage.
