She patiently explained all my options, was able to reactivate one of my older phones to keep me connected while the airline "lost and found" service tries to find my current phone. She also did a ton of troubleshooting to resolve a sim problem that was keeping my husband's phone from connecting properly with mine. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. This is why I have stayed with this little Verizon store for 23 years even though there are many options out there. We will be upgrading our phones soon (especially if my lost phone is not found) and I will definitely reach out to Isabel to make that Verizon purchase directly through her. Customer service like that is so appreciated!
