Carlos was able to find us a price that had everything we had and some at a lower price then we were paying. He was quick and detailed as well as considerate as me and my wife aren’t to tech savy. The whole team was great and personable and we will be returning and recommending Carlos’s and this Verizons service!

- ETE TNov 7, 20251.0We came into the store, looking to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and get the new iPhones. We were assisted by a young man, Carlos M. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He was very quiet, lacked information and appearance wise. He had hickeys on his neck. He did charge us to switch lines, which was $40 each phone, but had failed to put service on our devices. Thankfully, we were in the mall so we came back to the store where a woman helped us. He did give us his phone number so that we may stay in contact for when our new iPhone 17’s would be delivered. On day, three of waiting, we got in contact with him and he said there was an issue submitting the order for our phones, Which given the experience we had with him, we’re just going to assume that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. We did get this issue resolved by a different Verizon location in Avondale. Please do better
