I had been with T-Mobile for many years and were not able to meet my needs or budget I was met by an accomating gentleman by name of Josh who was willing to put the time and effort in to make sure the experience was pleasant. He also took time to answer follow up calls due to learning the new phone as I am a senior and he knew it was a learning curve for me. See !! I even learned I can do reviews !!!

I also needed to transfer my plan to a new plan myself which we did have some trouble doing at first, however Josh did a great job identifying the issue and overcoming the problem. Thanks for the great service!
- SBSaul BatresDec 26, 20251.0On november 20th i went to this store to port 4 lines, lost my numbers, paid 650dlls up front, next day tried to get a hold of the sale rep, nothing, after 8 hour he texted me back saying his boss will call me, nothing till the next day got a text, till now dec 26th, im still trying to get my phones active paid another 456 dlls got 3 new numbers, any how, i will not recommend that place, the guy offered me so many good deals, all included for 170 dlls a month, at the end, 386 dlls monthly, and still no only 3 lines, super bad service from the sale rep and his manager
- IGIsmael GutierrezDec 21, 20251.0This place is full of scam artist and liars. I submitted two online orders to pick up three brand new lines. They claim that they never received the order. They also claimed that they ran out of phones but when you call customer service, they said that they have over 10 phones. I wouldn’t trust this place with any of my personal information. They even admitted they sold the phones to other clients and had a manager pick up the devices instead of full filling my order although I got confirmation the phones were active and ready to be picked up. This had happened twice this weekend in this store. As soon as I went back Into to store after speaking with customer service the manager was texting the representative in front of me and the representative wasn’t even typing in my order number to see the status. They claim they can cancel my online order and upgrade me to the iPhone 17 pro max but I would have to pay the difference in the store last night. When I went back to the store today now they are claiming they have them in store but it would take 3 days to cancel my order. Other Verizon stores have told me including customer service they can cancel the order immediately to fulfill a new one.
