He wanted all this access to the business account and said it was for "security". I left and went to another location and within 5mins they were able to resolve my issue without contacting the POC on the account. Don't go here if you need issues resolved with an existing number!

They made it seem like it was an impossible fix. Then we came here. (A 3 hour drive) Paul greeted us right away with amazing customer service, he spoke to us like human beings and reassured us every step of the way. He had our issue fixed within 30 minutes! Definitely 10/10! Good customer service is hard to find these days, definitely recommend him! Would drive 3 hours again!
- CLCody LlewellynOct 14, 20251.0Terrible customer service, the sales rep we normally deal with is a really nice guy but he was on his lunch break so instead of sending someone else to help us which there was plenty of employees doing nothing they just stood around around waiting for our kids who have autism to get impatient and start screaming. There was an employee helping a customer and both the employee and customer kept looking over at us giving us nasty looks and nobody came over to help us. As we were walking out of the store without receiving any help not a single employee tried stopping us to see if they could help us. Just let us walk right on out the door. If you value your time I would stay far away from this store.
