This store needs a class in customer service.
My phone keeps dying out.
I showed up. I noticed two workers arguing as to which one would help me. After several minutes the woman caved.
She helped me out. Took a ton of my apps off the ozone. It appeared to work better and then it crashed.
I went back and I had to wait for over an hour. When the person next to me was called up, I questioned it since I came in before. They said you requested the same person as previously used so you'll have to wait. I said I would prefer to be se3n now. The manager came out and without mak8ng eye contact told me I'd be next and for the new customer to go with the Verizin rep.
Then I was so upset, I left. The correct answer would have been, "Wr apologize for your wait. Would you prefer to go now?"
So I left. In two m8nutes the phone failed so many times, I could not open it
I came back ant they told me to wait in line.
I asked for the manager and was told she was busy.
Seriously?
So I am 5th in line and then they will ask for the manager
They told me they needed to respect those in line.
This entire experience has been awful.
Plus they lied about all the reasons no one could see me.
The gal that had previously helped me came and helped someone else sitting next to me, so I figured she couldn't help me.
This has been a very bad experience. In my 26 yes of dealing with the same company this has never been the way I was treated before.
Glad my phone survived long enough for me to write a TERRIBLE review about the Verizon in Sierra Vista.

Very long wait ,tried to hard sale item we did not want. Service rep was abrupt in conversation. Chairs were very uncomfortable. The wait was over an hour . They will not be getting my business again.

I was having problems making a purchase online so I went to the local Verizon store near the place. I was working at while traveling and picked up a galaxy S 25 ultra and an awesome talent and a promotion deal. They were a little bit busy and I would’ve done it online, but the website wasn’t working with verification, but it worked inside the store. Very busy hard-working, Verizon reps over here at this corporate location. Alberto was my rep and he was awesome. Edit I came back the next day transferred three more lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. Picked up an iPhone air also and an iPhone 17 and I brought my own device for one of the other lines.
