I was explicitly told by the manager, Allen Elfman, that upgrading two of our three business lines would not increase our monthly bill. That has proven to be completely untrue. Here is the timeline of our experience: The Promise: We were told our $178/month bill would stay the same. We also paid $540 upfront for accessories that were added to the phones at the store. The First Bill: It arrived at $263. I contacted Allen, who assured me the promotional credits simply hadn't kicked in yet and would be applied by the next billing cycle. The Reality: The next bill arrived at $240. Even after the credits were applied, our bill is still 35% higher than what we were promised. I reached out to Allen over a week ago to address this $62 monthly discrepancy, but he has stopped responding entirely. It’s disappointing to be given false information just to close a sale. Avoid the headache and get everything in writing—or better yet, go to a different location.

I've been with Verizon for 11+ years and have struggled through a battery of problems with them. Especially their largely useless phone support. But then I met Allen at the Village of Oak Creek store. What a difference !! I couldn't believe it. Too bad Russell Cellular can't clone him and populate their other stores with him. Period.
