I've been with Verizon for 11+ years and have struggled through a battery of problems with them. Especially their largely useless phone support. But then I met Allen at the Village of Oak Creek store. What a difference !! I couldn't believe it. Too bad Russell Cellular can't clone him and populate their other stores with him. Period.

My current phone was getting old and starting to have issues but, I had put off getting a new one due to busyness. We were traveling for work in AZ and heading from Phoenix to Sedona so I got on a highway heading north thinking, surely there will be signs. There were no signs! I drove for over an hour completely blind, no Google maps, no find Verizon store near me, no nothing. I was not long from an anxiety attack when I saw Sedona, 2 miles. My phone still couldn't give any information on where a store was but I was determined to find one, and I did! I walked in to find Micha and said, I need a phone! He took the time to troubleshoot my issue, determined I did need a new one and I had phone in hand with case and screen protector applied within 35 minutes tops. Micha was quick, kind and competent. Thank you for the terrific service!

I will personally never use this location again and Verizon would be lucky to keep me as a customer after what I had been put through. The staff try to do their best but Verizon limits these stores. Be sure to ask all the details be explained to you verbally before a purchase.
