The staff are so nice and mellow. They make sure that I don't have any questions and tell me all of the options that I have. I would definintly recommend them to anyone.

We've lived in the valley, but spend a lot of time here at my moms house so they have been the vet we use when we are in Prescott. They've always been so accommodating when we've needed to bring in one of our hot mess dogs for something even if they didn't have their full history. We've seen almost every doctor here and they have all been incredible! Sandy at the front desk is so lovely. The technicians are amazing, kind, and gentle. Dr. Hufford in particular is such a delight to see! I really just adore him so much. I'm so sorry I can't remember his technicians name but we have adored her too. We truly have never left this practice feeling unsatisfied and that's saying a lot - I have super high standards! We are moving out of state and I'm truly going to miss this office so much. - JJJenAug 15, 20255.0I really cannot say enough great things about this establishment and their staff, especially, Kailey. I am not usually one to leave reviews but sometimes you just have to share. I have had a long relationship with this vet for over 15 years. All of my recent appointments have had one thing in common. The vet tech, Kailey, has been an absolute delight not only to my pets but also in all her interactions with me. She goes above and beyond what I have experienced at other facilities and exceeds my expectations. I have had 3 recent visits that have been traumatic in nature for me (lost and older kitty to health issues, had an emergency visit for my dog, and had a worrisome lump on another dog) and the staff has been there through it all with Kailey as a shining star heading up their appointment and keeping the vet well informed. My littlest dog won't go to anyone willingly but she runs to greet Kailey everytime she sees her and is excited instead of scared. I have and will continue to trust Kailey and the rest of the staff with all of my furry family members large and small, everyday and exotic. THANK YOU KAILEY FOR YOUR AMAZING LOVE AND CARE OF MY BABIES!
