The salesman Anthony was wrong and told us incorrect information regarding our trade in value and the staples rewards. We are currently working with higher managers to try and get over $500 credit that we were promised. Super frustrating that he wasn’t upfront in the beginning. Also we wrote good reviews after initial purchase upon Anthony’s request but I took the time to update because we have had issues. Hoping for a resolution. If we had known all this ahead of time we never would have upgraded our phones.
