One of the employees immediately got an attitude with me after cutting me off mid-sentence, even though I was trying to explain something important. He kept interrupting and repeating the exact thing I was already trying to clarify. Another employee (possibly a manager) gave me completely false information — telling me to “use iTunes to delete my iCloud” or pay $30 for a transfer. They kept pushing the transfer service while misleading me, which made it seem like they wanted to leave me with no option but to pay. I wouldn’t have minded paying for the service if they had just been honest, but the manipulation and unprofessional behavior were disappointing. As I left, I even saw them laughing and mocking me with each other. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I will let corporate know as well. Thank you.
