I just switched from AT&T to Verizon. I was treated with respect and honesty. Marcel is an amazing rep, helped me set up new service. He’s also very patient. Give this man a raise!

The gentleman that help me was very kind and actually helped me step by step to pay a bill from three different accounts. It's usually pretty busy but they seem to get you in as soon as they can I've never had to wait too long maybe 10-15 minutes at the most

The manager.
They kept running me in circles hoping I would input my old PIN.

The people were helpful here but I guess they don't work OT. Kicking me out of the store before my new phone information transferred over. They are handicapped with helping you with your bill and disconnection of service. They had to call the loyalty # to get it squared away. I hope my bill gets squared away. Verizon has been charging me so much $$ for 2 lines and I've been with them for 21 yrs. I feel like maybe I should move to mint and check them out. I just got a new phone though.

I visited this location on October 5th, 2025, at 4:15 PM to reactivate mobile service on my legacy iPad Air 2. What followed was the single worst customer service experience I’ve had in over 30 years as a Verizon subscriber.
Upon arrival, I was approached by a young employee (early twenties, black curly hair, heavily tattooed) who initially seemed willing to help. I explained my situation clearly: I had previously subscribed to Verizon’s 4G data plan for the iPad, canceled it two years ago, and now needed to reactivate it. He examined my original SIM card and assured me there was no issue.
Minutes later, he reversed course, claiming the device was “too old” and they couldn’t assist. Fine—I accepted that and left. But upon checking my iPad, I realized the SIM card was missing. I returned to the store and asked for it back. His response? “Why? It’s no good and doesn’t contain any information.” I insisted it was my property, and I wanted it returned.
He casually admitted throwing it away, but couldn’t recall which trash bin. After I pressed him, he pointed to the receptacle under his workstation. He refused to retrieve it himself, forcing me to dig through coffee-soaked garbage with my bare hands. I found the SIM card—bent in half and destroyed.
When I confronted him, he shrugged and said, “It was useless anyway.” There was no apology, no accountability. I asked for a manager. Another employee came out, handed me a replacement SIM, and I prepared to leave.
Then came the final insult: the original employee smirked and said, “Satisfied, old man?”
That comment was the last straw. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by any Verizon representative. This wasn’t just poor service but outright contempt for a long-time customer. Destroying my property without permission, refusing to assist, and resorting to ageist name-calling is beyond unacceptable.
Verizon, I would like you to investigate this location and retrain your staff. If this is how you treat loyal customers, it’s no wonder people are leaving for competitors.
