She was patient, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my account and use the services I was already paying for more effectively. While I truly appreciated the level of service Leslie provided, I do feel that Verizon’s pricing for single-line plans is higher compared to other carriers in today’s market. Competitors are offering lower starting prices, and it would be great to see Verizon continue to adjust and remain competitive, especially given current economic conditions. Overall, Leslie made a big difference in my experience and helped me feel valued as a customer.
