Lucas and the trainee(didn't get her name) were very pleasant and efficient, being able to help me and an elderly gentleman while he was on phone with support. Lucas gave me some knowledge on the chargers and I was done after my purchase. Again, complete opposite reaction from the store next door and I don't even use Verizon. Thank you, Lucas.
