Usually you get to wait possibly 30 to 40min before some one has time to help you or even acknowledges that you are in the store. Jon emiditly greated us even though he was with another customer,quickly scanned the room and handed that customer off to another associate and emiditly got to helping us. WE went down to trade in on a deal with our old phones to upgrade but our phones were to old but after a brief conference with his uppermanagment Jon found a better solution which Iwas going to be needing done in the next few weeks any way saving me money and time .. totally unexpected. More outvof pocket on site then originally planned but worth it in the end Jon and his manager at the store by food city in havasu now what ther doing. SAVED ME A BUNDLE
- DJdi jaDec 19, 20254.0The location employees are very professional knowledgeable and very helpful The Verizon 800 # @ customer service gave the customer AND the employee a hard time over the phone while the local employees here try to service customer accounts for them.... corporate itself is not as eager to fix problems and are too busy making excuses for their own oversight mistakes. This should be rectified so customers and retailers don't have to go through this on a store visit....Otherwise I would give a 5 star instead of 4 star
